Caffe Boa is a cute restaurant with a romantically lit patio out front. I was here before for lunch and loved it, on account of the panini selection. Dinner was another story. No paninis, just over-priced pasta and entrees, and sub-par service. The bread (supposedly homemade but just okay) was accompanied by a tiny dish with three even tinier compartments containing green olives, olive oil drizzled w/ balsamic, and hummos. Pita or something would have been good to serve with the hummos. My friends and I tried the "Julius Salad" (cute name...standard salad), a couple of pasta dishes, and the mussels. The mussles were in a nice light sauce and at $12.95 were a decent value. The homemade marinara sauce on the pasta was flavorful, but $14.95 just for noodles and sauce? I'd probably only come back for lunch.
