| - I always have bad experiences with Fedex. Unfortunately, I don't have a choice when suppliers ship stuff to me via Fedex. About 65% of the time, I have a problem with them. This time was no exception. I was expecting a shipment from California (not from Timbuktu, Siberia) and for the last four days, I must have gotten about 10 notifications that my shipment would arrive on Mon, Tues, Wed, Tues, Mon, Tues, Mon, etc. etc. You get the picture. So I go to this store and there is one moron working there with about 10 customers in line. He says three employees up and quit yesterday.....I think that tells you something about this location and Fedex. He also says his mgr is coming in to help him "after he gets some coffee".....WTH? With such an emergency on hand, what is the mgr wasting time going to the coffee shop. Now the first guy in line has about 10 Xmas presents to send; all unwrapped and unprepared......loose shirts, loose sweater, some DVDs, etc. etc. Instead of telling the guy to go get the shipping packages of his choice off the shelves, and fill out the shipping labels, he proceeds to do it for this guy for all 10 gifts....WTH??!! This takes 40 freaking minutes. Then a Fedex delivery guy comes in with about 20 boxes. Instead of telling the guy to just leave the stuff on the floor and he will get to it when he can, he proceeds to in-process all the boxes, while leaving us waiting for service. The next three morons also have no packaging and no shipping labels. OMG!!! This place is one of the worse shipping depots I have ever seen!!!
