  • Where do I begin with Ha Yoga? at first my friend recommended me this place to do yoga and the first time i thought it was great and very zen! i paid a full month unlimited and sadly three days after i joined i was told they were shutting down. this is where my first experience joining yoga, became my worst experience. let me start off by explaining that when i joined as a member, i paid cash, was not given an actual receipt but just a business card with a number the yoga teacher wrote, and was noted on the back of the sign in sheet. which by the way apparently the record of me paying was never found after! so much for a organization that is not so organized. I contacted HA YOGA right away so i could get my refund and was told by the owner that i had to wait a whole month to receive my refund back and was never told that my "membership" business card looking thing would be my receipt needed to obtain my refund later. I patiently waited a month sent another email and went on Friday to get my money back and my matt. (Again keep in mind I was not told that i needed the card to get my refund back) When i arrived it was nice to meet the owner but then when i told her i did not bring my card, she then told me i needed it for her records (income tax purposes) and if i could not find it she would seek other options but i was still able to pick up my matt! no other reason expect that. SO i went home attempted and no card was found. But keep in mind she has records of my name, and information and i knew the exact date and time i had joined as a member. The owner emailed me back with a bad excuse that they could not locate me at all. I called and was not given a direct answer so its been a month and two weeks later with "i will get back to you" ALL TO SAY THAT WELL I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK, ONLY MY MATT, AND I WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A GREAT EXPERIENCE TURNED INTO THE WORST EXPERIENCE. HA YOGA! I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME WAIT MORE THAN I SHOULD, BEING UNORGANIZED, NOT BEING CLEAR FROM THE BEGINNING! GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND BEING DISHONEST! THANK YOU! I have accepted and will on from thais taking this as an experience that you probably need it more so consider it as a charity donation from me. good luck and i hope you don't do this to anyone else! not so very zen of you.
