  • This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a salon. Not only did Priscilla ruin my hair - I asked for some layers and to not lose ANY length, she cut off at least an inch all over and gave me what looks like a bad inverted bob from 2008. In the back, one side is longer than the other and it took ONE and a HALF HOURS! But that is not the WORST part of my experience. I called the salon to let them know my frustration and that I obviously would not trust her to try to fix it and the Sola Salon owner who returned my call said there was nothing he could do about it and then hung up on me while I was still talking! I have never seen such horrible customer service. By the way, I have used Yelp for years, but never left a review. I felt like this experience was so bad that it is actually worth my review. Priscilla was a nice person, but I was hoping for a good haircut.
