I came in on a Sunday and the service was pretty terrible. They kinda just didn't put in any effort. Not what I had experienced before w other washed and clearly not what I expected from their most expensive wash. I didn't have time to wait around for them to make it right so I just went on w my day.
I returned the next day and spoke w Ray the attendant and he worked w Richard the manager to make sure things were done right. It wasn't a hassle or a fight, they both recognized it wasn't done right and they wanted to fix the issue for me. Sure it wasn't ideal to have to return to get the job done but they made t right.
I'll keep bringing in my cars. Mistakes happen, it's how they go about fixing things that shows how good a business is to its customers.
