  • Terrible customer service, we are staying at the HRH and I'm 50 years old and showed my key card, they insisted I have my ID so I separated from my wife and 2 friends and told them I would meet them inside, I walked all the way back to my room, got my ID and when I returned they said they closed the club due to an "altercation" I told them my friends were already inside and she sent me over to the guy that originally told me I needed my ID. He said there was no "altercation" but because it was slow the host (I assume the DJ) left so they were closing early (5 instead of the 7 advertised) I told him that "you were the guy that told me to go get my ID a few minutes ago" he said it took me too long to go get my ID (at least a 15 minute walk) so he wouldn't let me in. I give up this place is stupid, don't bother wasting your time here.
