rev:text	This is my very first yelp review. I often use yelp but never have I written a review myself. I hate to talk bad about a business and usually keep it to myself. I would never had written this review if it wasn't for a chance coincidence. I go to sports clips every 3-4 weeks for over a year now and can honestly say I can only remember 1 bad experience which I kept to myself and continued to go back because I knew it was only 1 select stylist that was the problem. On this date 2/23/2016 I wasn't happy with the haircut. I will spare you the details but was offered the haircut free but I refused and stated that I wasn't looking for something free and I paid for my haircut and went on my way. I let situation go and never talked about it to anybody else. Little did I know that each time I went in to get a haircut at this place after this the notes placed on my account that the stylist prints out each time stated "customer is a jerk". I know the customer is not intended to see this however on my last haircut today the stylist said "great we have notes on your account" I thought nothing of it but when I sat down in the chair she put the printout on the table I could see the notes clearly. I felt really uncomfortable. The stylist continued to cut my hair and did a great job. I didn't say anything to her but it's hard not to think she had preconceived ideas about me reading the notes on my account. I hate to say it but knowing that is written about me on the notes I will never feel comfortable going back to them again which is a shame because I like the service I get from them usually. I am a quiet person and takes a lot to upset me but I got to say I was upset by this.
