  • Unfortunately, we're going to stay away from this location after our last time here. We both ordered the steak & eggs, cooked medium... and both of ours came out looking burnt. And not surprisingly, both steaks were very well done. We're usually not ones to complain, but when our server came by to ask how the food was... well, we brought it up and she offered to have the kitchen cook up another steak. So okay, cool. Sadly the next steak she brought out was even more well done than the original. How that was even possible, who knows. She offered another time to have another steak cooked up medium. How it was possible who knows, but each steak brought out was progressively cooked more and more well done. There was absolutely no hint of pink in the middle or the sides or anywhere for that matter. The server was getting exasperated herself and kept apologizing profusely, and we didn't blame her at all. It wasn't her fault. But even after all that, the most they could do was take 15% off our bill. That was a little disappointing. They failed to deliver an edible steak, and it felt like the fair thing would be to take one of the steak&egg orders off the bill. Especially when it was their kitchen staff's fault for messing up so badly, four different times. We didn't think it was a fair gesture, but we weren't going to make a big fuss over it. We're simply not ever going to return to this location. Sad because we enjoyed the first couple visits here.
