  • I usually don't go to great lengths to complain about an establishment/practice/business (none of which are words I'd use to describe this place), but I feel compelled as someone who works with people on a daily basis to share my experiences-- mostly to prevent this kind of thing from happening to you. As an update, I was contacted by Scott Brewster (sales manager, I think), and he offered some resolutions. After dumping over a grand into this dealership in less than a month (and I'm a recent college grad to boot), I was fed up. Scott offered me 2 years of free oil changes-- which translates roughly to 5, maybe 6 oil changes (at an average of $20, that's $120 over 2 YEARS). Makes sense, since the consumer is the one with all the money, I should be sparing the dealership from having to shell out something more substantial. After explaining to him that their lack of organization gave me a 29 day grace period, and essentially two car payments (plus my down payment) in less than a month, Scott offered me the amount of my old car payment to put towards my payment this month. I was as satisfied as I could possibly be after all of this, and he asked me to contact him when the check came. I haven't contacted him yet. Guess why? This was 2 weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any correspondence from the dealership-- several calls and voicemails have gone un-returned, as have numerous e-mails. I had to mention to the person I spoke with that I had a complaint open with the BBB-- they had no idea. As soon as I talked to Scott, they replied within a day. It's amazing how quickly they work when it's something that affects them, but when it comes to the consumer (your entire business)? They obviously could care less. I reopened my complaint, and I'm awaiting response to all the messages I sent this afternoon. Rest assured, I'll keep updating this.
