  • Warning: So the original location closed and Ici Bistro moved to the Windsor Arms Hotel. While this might have been my favourite place in the city, everyone has said the new place is not very good. Ici Bistro is not cheap and not easy to get into, but it is/was easily one of the best restaurants in the city. Everything was gorgeous from the scallops to our main course to our delectable desserts. As indicated, the only downsides are the price and the fact that you need to book a reservation a month or two in advance.
