  • Joined a couple of friends on the rooftop for cocktails & apps this past weekend for my first visit. It's my new favorite haunt. Wish it were larger to accommodate all the adoring patrons, which by the way were fairly diverse in age which was nice. (Although there were no children which I thought was appropriate considering it's mainly a bar.) Although we only ordered basic bar food and a salad, all was good. Drinks were not ridiculously overpriced which in Charlotte is a rarity. The atmosphere is cool & cozy, the sunset view is beautiful, the service was good (bar service was stellar, table service less so but fine), and the strategically placed fans were much appreciated. Oh, and the 80s music rocked. Thoughtful owners. I'll be back, again and again. Hopefully it will remain a great experience.
