  • Suzette is the service department is awesome. I don't even have my car back and I am beyond happy with the service this far. I have talked to 2 other ford dealerships in regards to my shudder issues when my car shifts gears. I was told it was normal because of the type of transmission that's in my car. Finally after my dad pestering me telling me that's somthing is wrong I talked with a another transmission guy that told me my clutches were bad. Decided to give earnhardt a try. Scheduled an appointment for the transmission and some recall work. Met with Suzette Monday morning 3/27 went over what needed to be done. She called me a few hours later to apologize, there transmission guy called out so they would need to keep my car another day and before I could say anything else she offered to set me up with a rental car. Suzette called me today 03/28 to let me know that the recall work was done and also to let me know that the clutches were bad and it would be covered under the extended warranty as well as my rental car. My car should be done my end of business tomorrow. Thank you thank you thank you Suzette. Your customer service by far is outstanding. You have no idea how much stress was just lifted off my shoulders!
