  • Follow up to my original review. Two more companies were sent to my home to look at the work that AVA did... Both companies, including the manufacturer, concluded that the job done by Raymond was so bad the entire refrigerator would have to be rebuilt to bring it back to factory condition. At the end of the day, after 5 weeks of no refrigerator, my Warranty company replaced a 6 year old refrigerator with a brand new one because what should have been a simple repair by AVA completely destroyed this unit! I would NEVER EVER do business with them and encourage others to heed our advice!
