  • I don't love the Zephyr. Many of my friends do, and I really don't get it. Yes, they do have an awesome patio, I will give them that. And there is a significant lack of undergraduates and DBs. But my praise pretty much ends there. Their drinks are overpriced compared to nearby bars and their bartenders aren't the most amiable. The inside of the bar is uncomfortable- there's little seating, but it's not the type of bar you go to to dance. The music is too loud to hear what your friends are saying, so you can;t actually have a conversation if you're inside. When I find myself out and about in downtown Kent, I'd much rather go elsewhere for a good time.
