rev:text	I wish I could give this dealership no stars, and here's why. I moved to Oakville from Florida, in March. I went here immediately because it was the closest centre to go to in order to get my front plates installed due to ontario law. To get this done, I had to call 3 different times, and only one person knew what i was talking about. Even after that, I continued to service because some of the desk guys are pretty helpful when you're in the store. So i got my oil changed, etc, and then called the next week to inquire about my air vents. They were acting up. After hours, they finally notified me that because I had an american car, there was a part recalled and theyd have to have it for two days to service it in order to replace the part (okay cool,) until I called back and they had no idea what I was talking about. I think because it caused extra work for them to get it covered by america's honda company, they just ignored my calls and messages. I tried calling the manager or GM of the dealership twice, and left messages on the service desks phones, as WELL AS emails sent to the service guys that were nice to me. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME!!!! No one will return my calls. I am so disappointed in their lack of curteosy to at least get back to me and either say "Sorry maam, we cant cover the cost" or "honda doesnt service your car unless its in the states" ANYTHING, but I got zero replies. I will not be going back to this dealership again, and plan to report them to the BBB.
