  • I have used John's Refrigeration for both personal services and as a recommendation for clients. I have always been impressed by their level of service and care for the home. I was at a vacant house on behalf of a client the first time I used them. The AC unit was in the back yard so and there was no access through the side gate, so the technician had to pass through the house several times for equipment or parts from his service van. Each time he would get to the door, put on the shoe covers, walk through the house, and then take the shoe covers off again. Only to put them on again when he returned. He was a younger person than I, but was respectful and professional. He diagnosed the problem the first time and the repair lasted. They have always been on time for appointments, professional and accurate with both their diagnosis and estimates. Highly recommend this company for heating and ac work.
