A solid 3 stars. The staff is 5 stars; however....aesthetics and shade are lacking in comparison to other pools in Vegas. A few well placed palm trees would do wonders. Also, the food and drink quality is extremely disappointing. I had THE worst chicken Caesar salad I've ever had in Vegas and probably anywhere. A postmortem on the salad did reveal bits of chicken - that should have been a nicely grilled chicken breast sliced and laid stop a fresh bed of Romaine. Instead, it was a warm mess of relatively dark lettuce with barely visible chicken bits. The portion size was disappointing. The fork was probably from the dollar store - it barely held the food. And, oh boy, and it came with a packet of "Ken's" dressing. Not resort quality food - I decided to eat it to put it out of its misery. Drink cup sizes are small by comparison as well in my humble opinion. The frozen drinks were melted - very little ice. In summary it made Wynn pool food look like a 5 star restaurant.
