The male cashier with glasses was straight up rude. I asked about the Cajun seasoning on the fries and he said "I don't know what to tell you, it's just seasoning". Ok, first off, way not to know your product and also that is not a way to talk to customers... I asked for regular fries and ended up getting Cajun fries then my friend ordered Cajun fries and got regular fries. So our orders weren't even correct. It took 15 minutes to get our food so we weren't about to wait longer to talk to someone who obviously doesn't care about customer service. Also, the employees were eating dunkin doughnuts behind the counter instead of making paying customer's orders. Employees should not be eating in front of customers, it should be during their break in the back especially because it was busy and people were waiting. Perception is everything and especially important for a newly opened franchise location.
