rev:text	My family and I walked into the LensCrafters inside the galleria mall Henderson ,NV 89014 on Friday 5/27 at around 7 pm we were "welcomed" by a young guy in a lavender shirt I didn't get his name but he instantly seemed annoyed that we even came in. I was looking for sports goggles for my 7 year old daughter she's a competitive cheerleader and she needs them to tumble. She had her performance googles on which were mostly covered in crystals . I asked him" do you have kids glasses" , the associate says "yeah not very many" "nothing fancy like she has "(pointing to my daughter ) I said well I had those done (they came from pearl vision and I had the crystals added. ) I immediately saw some silver goggle that were of interest but before I could get that out of my mouth he says "oh yeah you probably got that done at Joanns ".. Umm excuse you no they were professionally done but whatever I don't expect people to understand however jerk Don't assume anything and his attitude was terrible. Still I disregarded the comment and continued to say she was a competitive cheerleader ...and before I could finish he cuts me off and says "yeah I know" im thinking I'm sorry what ? You know what? That's she's a cheerleader? Oh you know already huh? Why because you want me to shut up and leave? Anyway all I actually responded with was "oh you know?" Okay well we will leave and we did. I had all intentions of buying her a pair of goggle to practice in and leave her crystal ones for her performances only but not now. I'm so disappointed in the whole 3 mins i spent in this location. Someone needs to train him to at least act half interested in the customer coming thru the door.
