  • Rick and everyone at Carpet Monkey of Las Vegas have been more than amazing to work with! Their customer service is GREAT! I live out of state and they washed the carpet/ cleaned tile to one of my rental properties in Vegas. When they went to the property there were issues with the lock box and it needed to be reset but without any hassle or stress to me they were able to contact my realtor to have the lock box reset and go out the very next day to get the job completed. I am relived to have found a reliable carpet and tile cleaning company and I look forward to working with them in the future!
