  • I honestly have no complaints for this nail salon!! I love getting a full set in a plain color. Gentle hair and Nails is the place to go! I went to a place which was newer called Gel Nail on deer springs by my school (legacy high) for prom in May and they were very rude, my nails were crooked, they overcharged me without even telling me and the nail tech yelled at me in front of customers and I was rushed. Anyway, once my prom nails were ready for a fill, I came here. I asked a girl who worked at the dollar plus where she did her nails because they looked so cute and she told me gentle hair & nail is awesome! I went there the people were so friendly and they spoke to their customers and had conversations which I love! I just went here today for the second time and I love my nails!! This is a great place, they take great care of you and are friendly and do not over charge. I will always come here. Also, I never have to wait, I waited once for maybe 10 minutes which was no problem. If you come during the week it's not very busy but I always try to schedule an appointment and they tell me if they are busy or not (which is mainly on the weekends per usual).
