  • I like this location more than Point Brugge, because they have essentially the same menu but with less of a crowd. The mussels in white wine sauce are to die for, and they keep us coming back, but some of the other dishes are not as great. The roast chicken is delicious (beware: takes half an hour to prepare!), but the sauteed chicken breast is pretty much tomatoes with a side of tomatoes. I couldn't take more than a few bites before getting overwhelmed. So if you want the best thing on the menu, order the mussels in white wine sauce. The service here, like at Point Brugge, is consistently very bad. I've had to wander around looking for the seating host/ess multiple times, and usually end up asking the bartender to point him/her out to me. Once we're seated, the waiter typically shows up once to get drinks, and if we don't order our food then, we will have to flag them down 15 minutes later--which is an ordeal in itself, as they are mysteriously out of sight 60% of the time, and chatting with other customers 30% of the time. I've seriously sat and watched our waiter have 15-minute long conversations about the weather with a customer at another table while we wait to ask for more water. Anyway, we've come back here many times, which must mean that the great food is worth sacrificing service for.
