I cannot really speak to the medical care here for my wife's stroke but I can speak to the customer service, or lack thereof. After being referred to Barrow's for follow up care for my wife's stroke it took about 30 days to get someone besides a phone operator on the phone. Apparently her case was referred to the wrong department at first. But rather than call us they referred her name, but not her records that were included in the referral, to another doctor. That Doctor, not knowing any thing about her case saw her once and was not heard from again for 6 months to get a follow up MRI. That was never successful because when she could not make the first appointment we could never get a return call for new orders. Going back for her records was met with resistance, a nasty attitude and poor directions to the proper records office.
