  • Inquired about buying a Honda Grom. First, I sent 2 Facebook messages (a month ago). Just got 2 auto replies saying they would respond shortly. After no response, I emailed them. I got an email response saying they didn't have any Groms in stock, but asked when I was looking to purchase, and whether I planned to finance or pay cash. I replied, answering their questions, and asked when they might get another Grom in stock? Again, no response or follow up from them. So, I reached out to Western Honda, made a deal, and bought a bike. I'll start elsewhere next time!
