  • Brian, I'm not gonna spend a whole lot of time on this response as my initial posting is still my feeling about your service - not good. Part of your pitch to me was your excellent service and that you would be out on a regular basis after your initial visit to check on my property-never happened you made reference to an employee that was taking calls but not answering knows why you are in Florida on a personal issue and that's why you didn't personally respond. After several unanswered calls emails and the threat to go to the Atty. Gen.'s office is when I heard back from you, no sooner than that. I did not get a response for over a month from you or any of your staff that supposedly work for you. You did finally come out after my persistence but I certainly would not recommend you for your service to an unsuspecting customer like Sharon.
