rev:text	I own a 2000 Camarro vert with 60k miles on it. It's always garage kept and meticulously maintained. On sat, 22 of April 2017 I took my car to get washed because this place advertised a 100 percent hand wash. When they called my number I walked up to my car and noticed part of my racing stripe decal had been torn off. I realize sometimes things happen so I calmly tell the manager Gilbert who let me know he will get with the owner the next day to review the CCTV video footage and find out what happened and call me back. It is now may 3rd and I have called multiple times and every time I get the same answer, that the owner hasn't ever come in??? Well today another manager tells me the owner comes in everyday between 8 and 10 am to check on things. Also every time I call and ask for a manager I get a "what you need to talk to him about" which deeply angers me because I don't need to explain the situation to every person every time I call!!! This place is a rat hole with the worst customer service I have ever seen and every review I read only talks about scamming people in some way or another. I have taken my car to other car washes and never had any issues before. Bottom line avoid this business at all cost! I will add pictures of my car as well as the aftermath to show it is loved and was intact damaged! UPDATE it is now May 21 and I have still now made contact with the owner to get this matter settled and I do still call please avoid this business at all cost...
