  • The worst Kia dealer in this area!!!!! Service representative Mike is terrible at his job. Completely lied to me about the service he had performed on my car, and then I took it somewhere else a week later and they told me I needed nearly $500 in brake work done! Monroeville Kia said they would do it for practically nothing, since they had fudged up and then tried charging me almost $300 dollars for brakes that they initially claimed were in perfect working order! I will never take my vehicle here again and I recommend you don't either!
