  • I called store and spoke with the guy works there. he told me they are running a special 7 dollars off for oil change (was $28) so I would pay around 22 dollars.so I thought that would be a good price for a oil change so I made a appointment for today. I got there today around 8 30am i told the man at the counter that someone told me about $7off for oil change .he said normally he would see the coupon but since I spoke to someone.he would still honor it ! So I was very thankful !!! An hour later my total come out 28.97 i was confused because I had to go to work so I left ! When I had time to look at my receipt again at my work. And I decided call the store.so I called the store same Guy picked up the phone he was kind of rude.raised his voice .from what am understanding is he explained to me my car takes 6.4 quarts of oil .thats why they apply my coupon also charged me additional oil. But I totally understand if I need more quart oil but just let me know first( I was at the waiting area the whole time )and explain to me rather than later I get confused. I will not come back to this location because of the hidden fees and the customer service !!!!
