  • called them from a recommendation and their reviews. Very nice guy, professional. BUT, he looked at my problems (kitchen faucet not turning freely and garbage disposal just humming) for about 1 minute and proclaimed that I needed a water softener system (3,000 +), and replacement of both (1,000+). WOW. I paid the $85 service call fee, and called another plumber. Garbage disposal fixed (one of the wheels was jammed), and the faucet replaced for 200$. Yes, we have hard water, but he just tried to sell a softener system (which was not reviewed well, and was rated as not effective for very hard water, plus cartridges that cost $60 to replace). I appreciated that he was very nice and very professional, but really felt like he was focused on selling the system instead of fixing the issue. Disappointed. Followup - got a return call from the manager - who was very kind and listened to me. He is going to look into the estimate given, and see what went wrong. So - they are concerned about their customers - I do appreciate that. This just didn't work out for me.
