  • Total Protect Home Warranty sent out Schmidt's to come take a look at my AC unit since it went down. After they came out I called to follow up the next day. I called and I called and I called and they pay someone to keep transferring all calls to Randy the manager/owner. After being frustrated with being transferred to a voicemail 10x I tried again 2 hrs later and finally Randy answers. He was extremely rude, had no clue about my service. After our conversation he decided to refuse my service because I stated I will leave him a bad review if no one will call me back (being worried that I have no AC when it's 108 outside). They charged my account 2x, but eventually refunded my money. Long story short he never came back out, threaten to sue me via email if I leave a negative review. Hmmmmm. Horrible horrible
