  • Shared from a friend - Leaving one of my favorite spots in LV - probably never to return again. Despite having a fabulous waiter - the restaurant was having an off day. The food was cold and the Bellini was warm. Because I loved this place so much - I was willing to forgive one bad experience. Our waiter called the manager over and we shared that we were locals and enjoyed several amazing meals - but unfortunately today fell short of expectations. After giving us a blank stare he apologized and bid us farewell. Every Service Recovery bone in my brain screamed . . . And that's how use lose a loyal customer. #ServiceFail #ByeBye #UJustLostTwo
