I did not have a positive first experience with my purchase at this business back in 2012. Crazy as it sounds I decided to return this week wearing the same frames Maria sold me in 2012 to see if there was any possibility of starting a fresh positive relationship with this local business after five years. I wanted to purchase the same frames in a olive color that she had strewn about in a bottom drawer with other out dated frames. I was being exceptionally friendly, although still not feeling welcome and before I left she did bring up removing the negative post I had written in 2012. I then returned today to purchase the frames and she up sold me on a more expensive frame (which I do love, but just cannot afford) by telling me that my prescription would not work in the frames she sold me in 2012. I wanted to say really?, well you sold me progressives back in 2012 and assured me the lens size was large enough at the time. Now five years later, as technology for progressives has actually improved for smaller lenses, I was told no I needed to move to a bigger lens. I mentioned my budget several times and to my dismay the price was twice as much. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Hey, I tried. If they had tried just a little I would have glasses I like and they would have a happy customer.
