  • After being suckered into a bait-and-switch by a different company and launching them off my property, I decided to try Top Hatter. Boy, what a difference. Every last detail they told me over the phone is exactly what happened - from the time they showed up, to the steps they would take to do the job, to the fact that they prefer to estimate duct cleanings on the high side and won't charge more than that but the actual cost could very well be less. A very professional crew did the work in a very efficient manner, and they were respectful of my house. I would definitely use Top Hatter again.
