  • Took in my galaxy s5 to have the charge port replaced. Everything was functioning aside from being able to charge my phone. So I drop it off, they ask for my phone number so they can call, to let me know when it's done. Well here's my number, but it won't do any good since you have my phone.....anyway they gave me a timeline and hit it, but. There is now damage from prying the screen off, which I pointed out and was told that was like that when we got it. Go home to try and charge my phone and it charges....sort of. Sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn't. My microphone is also no longer functional, so the phone feature is now useless as well. I'm getting a new phone next month anyway, so I won't bother trying to fight with the obviously ambivalent staff, but this place is good for batteries, not so good on repair.
