  • Brought my car in because i blew a tire and ended up having to buy two to "balance" it out. I was told by one of their employees that i would receive a call once my car was ready to be picked up (ofcourse i never got that call). Well when i finally picked it up and started driving home, i heard a thumping noise, like something was flapping up against the tire. My dashboard also said "low tire pressure" still, and that was the one thing I asked them to make sure was off. Well i ended up taking it back two days later (it was a sunday and they were closed, then monday was Labor Day) and was told by Martin they would check it again and call me with the results. Just like before, never received a call. Great customer service. When i finally did call and got in touch with Martin, i was told i have an "axel issue" and there is nothing they can do to fix a sound that they caused, and I was referred to a body shop they work with. When i picked up the car, the "low tire pressure" signal had disappeared and I could no longer hear the thumping noise (so clearly they fixed something). Overall this was just a really weird experience and I wouldn't recommend going to this location.
