  • Talk about first world problems... I went in last weekend and got a mani and pedi. With the manicure, the girl was just filing randomly while not looking at my hand, all my nails ended up pointing in different directions. When I asked her to fix it, she re-filed ONE NAIL, then walked off. I got the gel paint baked on, which they "guaruntee" for 14 days. On day two there were chips in it. My regular nail polish doesn't even chip that fast. Bad job. Onto the pedicure. The soak and massage were great, but the paint job was terrible. The paint didn't dry before I left, thought they were trying to shove me out the door. It was smudged before I left. I told the (different from the manicure) girl and she rubbed some acetone on it (which did nothing to improve the big ass smudge) and wandered off, not to be seen again. Man, I feel like a douche complaining about this. But I paid $60 for a shitty pedicure and a manicure that took more work at home to fix then it did for them to mess it up. Never again.
