| - Horrible!
So I left a message to make an appointment for today if possible (Saturday). She calls my phone because she notices I had called but didn't mention that she heard my message...ok... So she tells me abruptly she has an appointment available today for 2:30 (she calls at 1:35 pm) and to be there at 2:30 sharp.
Sure, I got there with my 3 kids as the appointment was for my middle child. We got there at 2:31 (the salon is tucked into the back of the plaza) and no one greeted us when we arrived. I told my kids to sit and after 10 minutes she says, "what do you need?" (Assuming this is Farah). I said I called for the appointment as I had a Groupon voucher. She said in an annoyed voice something like, "ok, wait".
There were 2 clients there and it seemed like she had an assistant. My son was bored and asked how much longer before my daughter would get her haircut. So I asked, this is at 3:02 and she said, another 20 minutes. This is when I got really upset. I'm in customer service and she already rubbed me wrong by her first annoyed greeting after 10 minutes upon arrival. Now she tells me another 20 minutes like I have nothing better to do. So I said nicely, "it would be nice if you could keep your appointments on time". According to my daughter, she responded, "I'm a very busy woman and this other client WALKED in (no appointments like I made) and I didn't know your daughter has long hair." This is when I responded, you could have asked when I called and she made remarks that if you have a doctor's appointment do you not wait? Wow, so she thinks she is a doctor? WTF?
I replied if she was a doctor and she said she's a nurse...good for her. Even if she was a doctor, it's not an excuse for making people wait. I made an appointment and she even said she was doing me a "favour" for scheduling his appointment today. I'm busy...I don't need favours. I need things done when it should be done.
I'm going to refund the Groupon deal as its ridiculous to do business with someone who doesn't value other people's time
