  • After getting a really good deal on a used washer & dryer ($400), I have to admit I was a little upset when the washer first stopped working, then the dryer belt broke a day later.(wow, go thunk it, lol) But because Jesse not only sent repairmen to take to his shop & repair the washer. Then, after ordering a belt, they fixed the dryer on the spot. Of course there was "NO CHARGE" for the repairs, but had I bought these from a private owner, I would not have gotten someone to go above the call of duty to FIX & RE-DELIVER for absolutely FREE!!!!!!!! Thanks Jesse & Action Appliances for your great deal, customer service, and good service ethics. It's good to deal with companies that still put the customer first & still stand behind they're guarantee/warantee with accountability & a smile!
