  • If you like the outdoors, you should have a membership at REI. It costs $20 to join and the benefits are amazing. If you purchase something under your membership and it becomes defective or you decide that you want something different (and it's within a year of purchase), just bring it back. They will give you a replacement at no cost (or hassle) to you. It seems too good to be true; the folks here are out to create customers for life. Every time we walk into this store, we are immediately greeted and assisted. Customer service is important here and it shops. If there is an item you like and they do not have your size, let them know and they will call the other store for you. Enjoy! The gear you need for your outdoor adventure can be found here and easily exchanged!
