  • Not sure if they know they have scheduled appointments or not? Because the wait even w/ appt is insane! Always crowded! They told us when we made the appt that 130 would be perfect time to get us in and out.. NOPE! My grandmother is 94 years young and she does not need to be waiting for an hour in the waiting room then another hour going between X-rays and payment then waited in the chair for another hour only to just reschedule for first thing in the am.. Just wish they cared about appt times better. Very inconvenient.. Wouldn't come back for my own dental work.. Ps. Shay is the best thing they have going for em! Very personable and went over and above to make my grandmother comfortable and welcome.. Thank you Shay!
