  • I've seen a lot of great concerts at this venue (formerly The Dodge Theater): David Bowie/Macy Gray, The White Stripes, Robert Plant, Robert Plant with Alison Krauss, ZZ Top, Slash, Ozzy Osbourne, Jethro Tull, The Arctic Monkeys, Cyndi Lauper/Joan Jett, The Pet Shop Boys, and most recently The Fixx!! Sound is never an issue as this venue has great acoustics! I've never had any issues with the parking garage (S/E corner) across the street. I do have a few issues with the venue in that the seating is too close together if you are tall, floor lighting to help you find seats is mostly MIA, bathrooms typically have long lines and season tickets are affordable to only those with very deep pockets (I checked recently). Of note, at the recent The Fixx concert they seemed to be understaffed as there weren't many staffers to direct people to their seats. If you are interested in seeing a show at a medium size venue (holds 5,000) then this is a good option! \m/ 7/20/16 Update - I attended the Steven Tyler concert and I have to say that I was very disappointed in the venue security! In section 2, row 13 two couples got into it, things got physical and there was lots of shouting. Some of the concert goers next to these trouble makers were concerned for their safety. Security came over and then left both couples in their seats (next to each other) after the altercation. Thanks Comerica for refusing to address a potentially dangerous situation for patrons!
