  • Had a terrible experience. Wasted $300+ Got my Surface 3 Pro screen fixed by them and it cracked again in 4 days when I was taking it out of my bag. The screen was not properly attached and there was space in between which cracked with a gentle touch. Took it back and they said we can fix it again for $250 because we don't cover cracks. But it was a crack not due to my negligence, it happened because of a bad job. So due to their bad job I am out of $300 and at the same place that I started from. I will stay away from them if I were you. You can imagine how I would be feeling. You can see the result in my pictures.
