Not my favorite time-share experience in Las Vegas. The property could be nice if they tried harder because they have upgraded most units and there are many pools and amenities. But it's definitely run on the cheap. I've stayed a few times now and there is always an issue - something in the room left dirty or broken, multiple pieces of gym equipment out of order etc. But there is also a personnel issue that creates a kind of luke- warm hospitality. First, the check-in process is part of a high pressure sales strategy. (though I must say, the check in issue improved greatly this stay) Second, the security staff look almost comatose sitting next to the pools and parking lots. Not sure if they'd be up to the task of handling a real emergency. Finally, the salespeople taking the new-to-time-share families around just reek of used car lot. Over-stuffed suits spouting sales pitches- while the rest of us vacation. Kinda takes the glimmer off a holiday. I look at those families with wide eyes trying to telepathically communicate, "do not buy into this racket at full price!"
