  • Waited two separate days where they told me a service technician would come fix the install and would arrive by 7. They wouldn't give me a window so I stayed at home both days. No one arrived. Tried to fix it through tech support. Didn't work. Nothing works. What kind of company does this? Lies upon lies. And people told me this was the best service in the area. I find that hard to believe! Unbelievable.
