  • When I come to Floyd's Barbershop, I usually get great service. Today was the complete opposite. Dom was great the last time he trimmed my beard. Today though, he butchered it. I take pride in having a great beard and told him I was having a birthday party the next day so the beard trim needed to be perfect. Well I regret that statement. He butchered my beard so bad that i lost the entire length down to only 1/4 inch long. It was a complete hack job. I paid and even tipped him. Maybe he was having a bad day or something. Don't care. I went home and fixed it. My son went to Floyd's Barbershop later that night and his haircut was way off too. I asked who cut his hair and he said Dom. While it didn't meet his expectstions, he wasn't going to argue about it either. Coincidence? You decide.
