  • The tech came out told us your chip is gonna break if I try and fix it... So he did it anyway... Broke the windshield. Then Allstate was helping and safelite wouldn't return calls to replace then said here is your 6 hour window to schedule. Can we be the first appt... Sure she says. Then ... Nope Ur not. 6 hours later I cancelled. Do yourself a favor. This organization sucks. Use a diff glass company. These people are horrible
