I had a filing came off and Dr. Chambers fixed it for me, but a few weeks later I felt that the tooth is still causing me trouble when I eat seeds. I didn't go back because I just hate sitting in a dentist chair. I would push food to the right side of my mouth when eating. Months later, Kayla from the office called to schedule a cleaning appointment, she sounded really happy on the phone, so I went back. This time it's Dr. Salazar who saw me. The other doctor left the practice. I told Dr. Salazar about the sensitivity when I eat seeds. He told me I have a cavity on the tooth next to the tooth Dr.Chambers fixed. I told him but the tooth I came in to see initially is the tooth with the cavity. Did Dr. Chambers drill the wrong tooth???
So this is what Dr. Salazar did to diagnose the problem. He said that if Dr. Chambers drill the wrong tooth, he will fixed the cavity for free and fix the tooth seed sensitivity issue too for free. It shows he is a fair person.
Anyways, he used a tiny stick and test out where exactly it was causing pain in my tooth. He was careful in his diagnosis and we found out Dr. chambers did not drill the wrong tooth. It was just that he didn't smooth my tooth out because we cannot see it with the blue ink paper. So I guess I should have went back when I had discomfort.
So I paid for the cavity for the other tooth because both dentists diagnosis were correct. Mystery solved...
The reason I gave it one star is because of the long wait time, the second time I went back there were 4 patients and only one dentist and one nurse. The 3rd time they had 2 nurses and 1 dentist so it was much better. But I still like this place better than the previous dental places. Kayla is a super friendly person.
