  • This is their home office.... And they are so rude. They have no customer service skills. So if you are deciding them for your home, think twice because it they treat you like your stupid from the beginning..that's how they are going to treat you after you buy. The sales agent was so condescending that I was so appalled. Poor customer service from the beginning and that's how it will be until your 1yr warranty is up and then it's never their fault.
