  • I have never had Tia lift my lashes, but I have sure tried to get an appointment! First appointment - she called that morning and stated she had a medical emergency and needed to cancel. I understood perfectly, I asked to reschedule as I had an event I wanted this done within 2 weeks. She said she would contact me. Never did I hear from her. After 2 1/2 weeks, I tried to book on line only to see I could not get an appt when I needed it by. Hello - I waited for your call! I messaged her to be told, she was sorry but she could not accommodate to my request. Again - HELLO, you cancelled on me and you won't accommodate in any way? I rebooked online and then she moved the appointment again a few days before my rescheduled slot. Today, I have an appointment (which is now my 3rd attempt) and 3 hours before my appointment, she calls me to tell me she needs to reschedule and I can come in at 4:15 or 4:30 or I will have to cancel and reschedule again. I took the 4:15pm I arrive at 4:15 and was RUDELY told that I am scheduled for 4:30 and "you will have to wait, I am with a client - do you want to wait?" I said I would wait. She has a very soft voice and I cannot understand her so I ask her to repeat herself as I cannot hear her. She gets irritated with me not once, but twice! Twice was enough and I walked out. I should of paid attention to her bad attitude Yelp reviews. She lost a client and I am not coming back. I guess you don't care about my money and good tips to cancel as much as you do. She might be a talented person, but her attitude is less than a 1 star. I will gladly pay money to be treated with some amount of dignity and respect for my time. She won't get a penny out of me.
