  • I hate to leave a negative review, however my experience with Katie has been horrible. I contacted her Feb 1st after purchasing a Groupon to make an appointment. I was told she was booked the month of February so I went online to schedule an appointment for Fri March 3rd before my vacation. A couple weeks after, she told me she had to cancel my appointment due to her daughters tournament. She said she didn't have anything available until the end of March, but I could see another lash artist, that she just hired, the following Sunday. I texted her back saying that I've already seen her work and I really wanted her to do my 1st set of lashes. I asked if she would be willing to accommodate me since I already had to wait a month for my appointment and she didn't respond. A week later I texted her saying I hadn't received a response from her and I'll just get a refund from Groupon because it shouldn't be this hard to get an appt. She called me and said that she has a family and a lot of clients and she just doesn't have anything available until the following month. She said to try texting on Saturday because she may be able to do them then. I tried to be understanding and told her I would text her on Sat. I texted her on Saturday and once again no response. It's never been this difficult to make an appointment nor has anyone cancelled my appointment and told me they just don't have anything available until a month later. I'm sure Katie is a great lash artist if your able to get in, but I would rather go to someone who appreciates my business.
